Maison Argaud was established in 1982 by brothers Pierre-Yves and Thierry Argaud. A real ‘family affair’, the brothers started by growing their own corn and raising their own ducks, using only traditional free- range methods of farming. Nowadays they only source their ingredients from local trusted farms from within the Bearn region and refuse to add any additives to their range of stunning terrines, pates and rillettes.
