Pork Cheek
Pork cheeks are tender nuggets of flavour and fat found in the cheek area of a pig.
They are often overlooked and underloved. They shouldnt’t be: Braise them in cider or white wine for a few hours and you will be left with a magical, melt-in-your-mouth stew.
Our rare-breed pigs
We work with two pig farmers in the south west, both specialising in rare-breed, freerange pork. These are slow-growing breeds which give their fat a sweet finish.
Approx 500g each.
